How to Schedule a Policy
Schedule policy was created to allow users to apply policy outside of normal business hours to limit potential network discruptions when implementing a new policy.
Click the draft button
Once you are ready to apply your draft policy, click on the blue "Draft" button. It will change to "Apply Policy" once you hover over the button.
Check "Apply Later"
Check the box next to "Apply later" at the botton of the Apply Policy pop up. Then select the desired time and date you would like the new policy to be applied. If you want to apply this new policy to multiple circuits, you can also select "Apply to other connections" and choose up to 20 circuits.

Apply Policy
Select "Apply policy" once you are ready for the new policy to be scheduled. You will see a small calendar icon next to the blue "Draft" button indicating that a policy has been scheduled.

Cancel a Scheduled Policy
Once a policy has been scheduled, you can cancel it using 2 different methods.
1. Click on the blue "Draft" button to bring up the "Apply policy" pop up, uncheck "Apply later" and then select either "Cancel" or "Apply policy" depending on your needs.
- Selecting "Cancel" will retain your current draft and exit the apply policy pop up.
- Selecting "Apply policy" will immediately apply your draft policy to active.
2. Delete the draft by selecting the down arrow when hovering over the draft button, then selecting "delete draft". Caution: This will completely delete your draft policy and you will not be able to restore it once deleted.
