How to View User Activity Logs
The AT&T Dynamic Defense Service provides user activity logs which track the actions of administrators within the AT&T Dynamic Defense portal. These logs help in monitoring and securing the service by providing insights into user behavior. These logs will capture the following actions within the portal by administrators:
- Admin Sign In
- Admin Sign Out
- Draft Creation
- Draft Deletion
- Policy Apply
The user activity logs can be filtered by:
- Time
- Activity
- Policy Version
- User
- Client IP
To view these user activity logs, navigate to Insights in the top navigation menu, then select Activity in the left-hand menu.
After the above search parameters are determined by the administrator, press the "Search" button.
The requested user activity logs will be populated within the Activity Module and can be exported to your computer in Excel or .CSV file through the "Export Results" drop down in the top right-hand corner of the portal.
